I imagine one of those Langdons is Petracca, FootyGuy13? I've gone with the below on the assumption Hore is fit, which he obviously isn't.

Hibberd - May - Lever
Hore - Tomlinson - Rivers

Would love Jetta to force his way back in. Lockhart around the mark. Salem further up field for mine.

EDIT: Hmm, pretty tall on reflection.

Are you suggesting Salem in the forward line? The mids have already been selected and Salem isn't amongst them so it's either half back or half forward if he's in the starting 18.

I went with May, Lever and Tomlinson as the tall options. Lockhart as the lockdown small and Salem and Rivers as the more attacking options. Might change at times to suit different teams but I think this six gives us our best balance of those available.

Not sure why I went Rivers over Hibberd, but I did because... reasons.

I want Salem on a wing or HFF. I voted for him on a wing, I think, but will include either in the forward or interchange mix.

Yes - most of our track watchers have noted him training with the defenders. He could certainly be an asset running off half-back, benefitting greatly from the new manning the mark rule, but it's the disposal at the end of the run that makes supporters nervous. Too often when Hunt was playing back a few years ago he'd burst forward only to spray the kick resulting in a turnover with all our guys out of position to prevent a score back the other way. If he can fix that or we can provide better options for him then it might work.

Jayden Short is the leading turnover player in the comp and almost won a Norm Smith. Not so much about Hunt’s turnovers as how poorly we deal with them.

That's a good point. Tiges just win it back or lock it in so it's more about metres gained.

Went with:
B: Hibberd, May, Lever
HB: Salem, McDonald, Rivers

Really wanted Salem on the wing, but as he missed mid selection he has to be on the HB flank. Lockhart the unlucky one to move to interchange.
McDonald is probably contentious, but I feel a fit and mobile McDonald, as he's reported to be this preseason, could be a real weapon in defence.
Hate leaving out Jetta as he's a favourite, but he needs to really turn his form around to be viable for selection again.
