This is a comprehensive list including dates for draft combines, list lodgements, delisted free agency windows and return to train dates. I had to collate these from three different club websites because the AFL is lazy af and doesn't have it on their website, so thought it might be helpful to share:

They haven’t played much so there isn’t much around. The AFL have previously put that draft machine on their website typically a week before the draft.

There is a fox sports article today saying north will bid on Daicos. I wonder if true or just mistaken speculation.
Hopefully it doesn't somehow create a domino effect that results in an early bid on fahey.

Mac Andrew was training with a mixture of AFL players today… from different Melbourne clubs. Kind of like a pick up game like NBA players do over summer

If Mac is our guy safe to say a pick swap with the hawks is looking less likely

Prospective top-10 draft pick Mac Andrew says two of the 16 AFL clubs he has spoken to have stood out in particular. The Dandenong Stingrays ruckman has emerged as a 2021 bolter, with many expecting him to be taken in the first round of this month’s draft. Wouldn't it be more likely.
Hawks want Finn more, and if we swap Gold Coast and Adelaide probably don't take Mac.
We get a better extra pick from hawthorn for them upgrading 3 spots rather than 1 spot upgrade for gold coast.

Gold Coast may love Mac, but he didnt have them standing out.

This quote is what has me thinking its more then that

“GWS and Hawthorn, both of those two clubs. I felt like their interviews were a lot different. The connection I had with those two teams felt a lot different to the other clubs.”

I don't pretend to be a draft expert,
but I am hoping we just take Callaghan at 2.
He seems the most likely to contribute to a flag in the next 3 years or so, as well as alot more years after that.
What do others think?
If not, then if 2,13 can somehow get rachell and mac Andrew that might be a good outcome as well.
If we take Callaghan, I wouldn't be opposed to trading pick 13 for a future first.
Geelong might do it, or hawthorn
After picks slide back 2:
15 for 23,hawthorn2022r2 would be OK, or

15, gws2022r2 for 24,geelong 2022r1.
If we do that, can always trade out 24 for lower/ future picks to stop it being entirely eroded by matching a Fahey bid.
