Aside from the discounts on the mobile app, it's not even that cheap. I used to eat that crap once or twice a week but discovered I have a wheat allergy and now I cook all my meals instead. Cooking sucks bit I'm eating way better food.

Always thought it was cheap then again I rarely have it probably once a year if that. Can’t even remember the last time I had KFC (probably at an airport). Did have Hungry Jacks for the first time in years a few weeks ago late at night (use to call it a Jack Attack in my younger days).

I mean it's all relative but a large meal sets you back around $10-12 which is pretty outrageous given there are plenty of small burger chains that make way better food that is only slightly more expensive.

It has always tasted shit.

On the few occasions I've had it, I've taken notice of the famous spices bullshit...it is virtually tasteless. It tastes like the old fat it's cooked in. Disgusting stuff.

Nuggets - you have to be completely ****ing daft to get stuck into rolled up chicken skin deep fried in swill.

I swear I spat out half a chicken beak on one occasion.

They dropped the 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' for KFC years ago, but the fat and the calories remain the same.
You had a beak, a friend of mine had a fried mouse years - KFM he called it. Took it back but they denied it was theirs despite the 11 herbs and spices it was covered in.

I used to have a mate that worked at the Inghams factory that supplied KFC at the time. He told me some stories.
