The state govt is being ultra cautious after their stuff up of quarantine caused mass panic during November. The community has done their thing, but the government has been the one making most errors during this pandemic.

I'm expecting full crowds soon after Victoria removes their crowd limit. Definitely expecting masks to stay compulsory at AO for rest of season though so Spurrier can say "at least we had strong measures in place to limit transmission" if there's another quarantine fail. Not like that would prevent us from locking down or anything...
