What about the diet that says "keep eating chocolate and ignore the scales"?

I find that the easiest one's keep up with even though I don't actually eat a lot of chocolate

I still manage to eat a Tim Tam that’s my chocolate intake. I’m strict with what I eat and cut out fatty foods and sugary drinks but still have the occasional unhealthy snack here and there. Overall eating healthier foods makes you crave the fatty foods less. Like I had Macca’s for dinner one night and it didn’t satisfy me the way it use too.
