Had to laugh today. Had a customer transferred to me to set up a payment plan. The customer had a couple of broken payment plans before, and people in the other departments are told to treat that as a sign of hardship as they mightn't be able to afford the payments or something like that and to transfer through to us, but in this instance it was just because the customer hadn't updated their direct debit details from an old expired credit card.

Anyway, I finished setting up the new payment plan for the customer, and after I had wrapped up the call, before the customer hung up she goes "Far out, that was a lot easier than dealing with the previous woman!" Haha, go me!

Lol i got a question right on Tipping point on American politics, purely due to the Simpsons.

I quite enjoy Tipping Point and would be tempted to try out for an Australian version should they decide to make on - love playing on those coin drop machines at Timezone

I did prefer it when they actually dropped the coins as I could spend $1 for 10 coins, but then with what I won out I could easily spend half an hour when I wanted to waste some time
