Depends on what you think Atkins scores and who the 545k mid is.

Theres a lot of ways at looking at this, but I think the only way Grundy/Atkins is better on a pure scoring analysis over the course of the season is if Atkins becomes an 85+ player which I don't know if he's capable of.

Grundy 125 -130/135
Atkins 75-80
190-210/215 total.

Preuss 85 - 95+
Cripps 100 - 110
185 - 205+

Similar floors but the potential for the 2nd one is higher because I'd back Cripps/Preuss to go +10 over these predictions before I'd back Atkins to do the same.

But not as simple as just looking at potential scores in this one because Preuss could easily get rotated for Mumford and season average doesn't matter when the plan would be a quick Preuss > Grundy dump as soon as possible anyway.

Preuss could also score a fair bit lower in the first month compared to what he could average in a season as he comes up against Ryder/Gawn/Grundy.

Safe is A though, but I don't think B is as risky as people make out.

I'd personally go Grundy, if Preuss is firing beyond expectations (105+) it's an easy sideways trade and allows you to jump on an option elsewhere with an extra 350k during the season.

I wasted so many trades last year because I didn't go with the Gawndy combo. I'm a bit scared to have deal with those headaches again!
