Ridley. Actually defends, will take intercept marks, more avenues for scoring points. Daniel relies on handball receives and space. Good teams will start tagging him, as they did last year (if you read some of the comments on the Dogs board, he received some attention against the Lions and the Giants). Remove their lowest scoring matches and check their averages, Ridley's is almost 20 points higher. $481k for Ridley is the bargain of the season

Daniel still a very good get for his price, but I'd take Ridley in a heartbeat

zorko vs laird for a spot in the mids??

no need for laird down back as defence is complete.. i just think hes a good player to even have in the mids. and dpp is handy in case of injuries down the track.

but zorko will be needed up front eventually and hes brilliant for my bye structure

Can't go wrong with both but I would go with Laird mate due to being younger and having more of a pure midfield role.
