It's a development coach role - Similar to Mumford at GWS. Lynch is high regarded for his leadership, work ethic & is a high quality person. He's also seen by many in the industry as a strong candidate for future coaching roles.

Considering the criticality of developing our kids right over the next couple years, I think any way that we can manipulate the system, is a good thing.

He has also been the list manager for 20 years and havent won a final for 15 of those years.. Sometimes getting deals done for the sake of it is not the right outcome.

My point was that he burns bridges and clubs continue to deal with him. Not sure how you or anyone else interpreted that as a rubber stamp of their list management over 15 years.
