For so long I’ve been used to us not getting nice things that I’m genuinely shocked at how well the club is being run at times. A neighbour of mine who is a Tigers fan and potentially has a degree of ITK told me Richmond know they really don't have any leverage in the trade so have been threatening CCJ's manager that if he ends up in the PSD then all his other Richmond clients will terminate his services.

Mention to your neighbour that TLA manage Houli, Edwards and Cotchin so not sure they have leverage there as well. If they terminate those contracts a manure truck might arrive at punt road.

Honestly I’d rather keep Froggy on the list than commit to having Lynch only play half a dozen games. His focus is coaching, if he wants to have a kick out him on the VFL list

Considering we are on the bottom of the ladder I’m not sure we should be culling reliable role players like Dumont. At his age he could still play a role in our next premiership push.

I think we need to move past players like this. The new regime is ruthless. Play the young kids and let's roll baby. Dumont now has no place in the guts....and he's not fast enough or skill full enough to be outside. May as well play lazzaro p.walker powell Scott types on his wing.

Go barrack for Carlton - they love your approach. No culture, no loyalty, no development ,no progress for 20 years or so.

The new regime is tough but not stupid. In fact, sustaining our age demographic is part of their strategy. Players time will come but you don't disrespect you heart and soul players.
