Neale and 18 for 6, 8 & 27
8, 14 & our future first to GC for pick 3 and their future second
We end up with 3, 6 & 27 and keep our second plus gc second for ashcroft next year.
Time to start going trade crazy again
Is there any indication that Parker has any interest whatsoever in coming to the lions?
With his build he could be one of the toughest mids in the game.

Any other experienced guns that potentially want out of Victoria?
We’ll be in lockdown long after NSW and Vic come out of theirs. We are a destination club after all. And we have less lockdowns. Important point.
If Lachie's deal was front-loaded will there even be enough for Parker?
The longer we wait the worse the deal gets. He'll be 29 next year and has had a down year with injury issues that he hasn't really faced in the past. Another year and he's 30 and who knows how he goes next year or how his body holds up. Just gotta bite the bullet. If this is true then Neale is gone 100% this year. I don't believe we are the type to follow through with a threat to keep an unhappy person at our club as it results in a negative energy that seeps through a club. The only reason he might stay is if Neale said that it didnt bother him or Julie if they stayed for an extra year as long as the club gets a good deal but i think this unlikely.
I was expecting a very quiet trade period, maybe some pick swaps to get into the top ten, not getting rid of our best player. Atleast it's not like the treloar situation where they were forced to take unders for him.And we thought trade season was going to be a dud.

Are you sure? I know you posted that before the news tonight, but have you changed opinions as a result?
Unfortunately, my confidence was based in the belief that the idea was just an absurd BigFooty rumour - so no, I have no inside info. I think it's quite clear this is happening now.
We won’t be trading Lachie for less than 6 & 8 (forgetting any later picks or pick swaps back the other way). Either Belly does the deal or his hat will remain featherless.
At the risk of being unpopular this poster places the blame squarely on you, PattyKwasagun
I'm happy to be anybody's scapegoat if it makes the pain a little more tolerable.

Can we turn Lachie into Cripps? Once we got the weight of his current teammates off him, he'd go ok.
