So we have all three expansion teams (inc Sydney in Melbourne and Port away), Carlton, Collingwood, Richmond, Geelong, Melbourne, Brisbane and West Coast interstate. Pretty good I think

Copying and pasting my comments from a group chat.

R1 is an unknown.
R2 is 50/50.
R3 is 50/50.
R4 is winnable.
R5 is a probable thrashing.
R6 is a fair old whack.
R7 is winnable.
R8 is an unknown at this stage.
R9 is a probable thrashing.
R10 is an unknown at this stage.

4 or 5 wins would be a good start.

R8 is pride round, we host Sydney at IKON on Saturday afternoon
I hope we do a purple bombers guernsey for this fixture with input from the Purple Bombers. Like a purple guernsey with a red sash or something. I think that would be more meaningful than like a rainbow sash or whatever the other clubs usually do.

Wonder if the 2023 AFLW Season will also start in August.
The plan is to either start August or slightly earlier (with more games in the season). So looking at late July/Early August.

Is Windy Hill being redeveloped?
There is a masterplan and vision for Windy Hill to be redeveloped to host AFLW matches but from what I can tell, no funding has been allocated so that is why it is not hosting any games at this stage. It isn't up to AFLW standard.

Is Windy Hill being redeveloped?
Probably Essendon Cricket club using it, plus there are EDFL finals there. That's why we get so many away games to start the VFL

That explains it. Cheers 👍.

I'm gonna be straight up here.

I'm the only Bombers fan who likes Carlton and Hawthorn.
