If your theory was correct then it’s an even bigger mistake, but I do think makes sense.
Even in the msd You draft players to ideally be part of the club for 5+ years.
You don’t give that up from a quality player just so they can have an extra half a dozen games in year 1
I don’t have one, outside of Hamish & co just liked Turner more. What's your theory then, I'm genuinely curious. There is a reason we drafted Turner ahead of him so what is it?
Carmicheal dropped to medi sub for the "out of form" De Goey who has 2 goals and 15 disposals to half time. Those 3 massive goals had the effect increasing his 3 game DE ave to 34% ......Carmichaels massive goals certainly impressed the selectors

Struggled a bit from reports .....Grundy was understandably rustyLooking at the VFL stats sheet Brodie Grundy 21 HO and Aiden Begg 16 HO well held by the Southport Rucks Brayden Crossley 29 HO and Riley Bowman 17 HO. Grundy 11 disposals 6 kicks 5 handballs 0 marks 8 tackles.
a 20's pick so any talk of port getting and end of 1st round should be batted away
Pretty standard for us these days.We royally f..ked up .
How can the same deal for Crouch to St Kilda yield band 3 compensation, but Amon’s get Port band 2?I think there was some confusion here. I was referring to the attached article where they were quoting Amon at $650K and it being an end of 1st round pick. I was not teeing off at your post

How is it VFL things when it's two SA clubs in question?VFL things.
I think maybe he's hinting at the lack of consistency/make it up as it suits? How is it VFL things when it's two SA clubs in question?
VFL love Port Adelaide and hate AFC.How is it VFL things when it's two SA clubs in question?
Well that too. There’s a “formula” that seems to get applied depending on who the club is.I think maybe he's hinting at the lack of consistency/make it up as it suits?
Nah, I could not bring myself to support that campaigner.Throw the kitchen sink at de Goey
yeah, like that‘ll ever happen..Throw the kitchen sink at de Goey
I think we should’ve kept Stengle, but de Goey is a different story IMO.yeah, like that‘ll ever happen..
we forced a player off our list over 1 DUI charge, 1 possession of nose beers charge.. and a suspicious photo…
cant see the conservative nana’s running our club accepting de goey and all his baggage into the side!..
Turning over the list isn't a bad thing... even if for wrong reasons. If I have learned anything this season, there will be wholesale list changes so Nicks can make it seem it was the players fault. Watch this space, but my prediction is three or more of who are scapegoated out at the end of the year become really good long term players at their new clubs. Who will be higher than us on the ladder and play finals.
