WTF??… outsource what?.. and what the fxxk have they touched?..

our midfield is easily one of the worst in the comp.

North’s (the bottom side) midfield is more promising than ours. I really fear these delusional flogs think the rebuild is pretty much complete..

how does that go anywhere near resolving the Carmichael v Turner debate?..

Turner has shown nothing and hasnt even played at AFL level yet as a player on the list of one of the worst teams in the comp.. shit, at least Carmichael has showed enough to get a couple of AFL games at a top 4 club..

and the debate of Carmichael v Turner was lost the very minute we picked Turner when we could've picked Carmichael and still got Turner with our second pick..

even Turner himself admitted, in the days after the MSD, that not one other club bothered to contact him. we were the only team that was ever gonna pick him.

it was once again disgusting drafting and list management. Its laughable to even dare try and gloss it over.

There seems to be a lot of excitement based on Turners game in the SANFL which Wigg dominated and Young just won the Margery. Knight has been dominating last couple of years and Wilson for longer. Moore has been a solid SANFL mid.

Looking at the form of middle aged SANFL midfielders and thinking that form will translate to the AFL is highly optimistic and borderline delusional.

Imo, he is a year too early as we have too many players under 50 games.

I’m glad that’s what he said, they need to be applying some expectation on the coaching group and players.

He won’t have senior players to fall back on, Crouch should be gone which leaves only Brown as a possible so it’s not like Nicks can go to the senior player in leu of development.

Another season like this (or worse) and Nicks is gone.

I guess we'll need to see wholesale improvement from the trademark "played well for two quarters but still lost by 40 points" efforts.

Ratugolea is certainly very athletic so we could do worse I guess and with the probability Frampton's gone and McAsey doing bugger all to suggest he's going to have a massive turnaround at this point and possibly outta here anyhow.

Frampton is a vastly better player than Ratugolea.
The guy is a monster athlete but he just can't football.

If there is one thing I hate more than most it's when corporate bingo bullsh!t finds its way into a football club. Keep it for the corporate meetings. Keep it away from football. It's the one thing Burton did well - bamboozle people with corporate gibberish. Jump on any buzzword and sprout it like it means something. It's all absolute rubbish and should be avoided at all costs.

That sentence of yours above is absolute gold by the way.
