Have we actually heard from Sinn and Bergman if they’d be open to a move.

Or is Port just refusing to trade them.
I'm sure there is some hustling and bustling with managers going on in the background, regarding Georgiadis, Butters, Bergman, Sinn and Houston. Port are trying to save face by saying none of them are available. Wouldn't surprise me if one of them comes out shortly and requests a trade.

They’ve lost their best 2 midfielders in Hopper and Taranto.

GWS are a genuine chance for the spoon next year, I think their F1 is guaranteed to be top 5

Mmm just had a look at their 22 from round 23.

It's still pretty good to be honest. Their forward line is dodgy but plenty of experience and class across the ground.

Obviously some of their contracts are pretty destabilising but if Kingsley is a good coach then they can have a big year no question.

And a very strong draft hand now.
They now have 25% of the top 20 draft picks !

To get Pick 3 in 2016 to draft Taranto.

GWS traded:

Pick 7, Pick 34, Pick 74 and Cam McCarthy who they valued at 2 first rounders the year before.

When they wanted Adelaide’s pick 4 in 2019:

They traded Pick 6 and their Future 1st.

Given where they finished and it’s the no.1 pick, I’d be absolutely asking for 3, 12 and their future 1st. It’s the #1 pick, it hasn’t been traded in decades.

Ralph, Pick 15 can * off

People get so near sighted, GWS future first is potentially the most valuable thing we may be offered in any trade this offseason, if we are trading #1, it has to be the first demand.

Try and get 3, 12 and F1 from GWS.

Try and get 8, F1 and another pick in the top 15 from Port.

Trade that last pick from Port for Clark.

Take 3,8,12 to the draft.

Have 3 x first rounders with possibly 2 x top 4 picks in the 2023 super draft.
I like it but I'd rather Pick 2 than 8 and PA F1.

Some stuff in here discussing JHF, TT and Clarko.

250 posts and already moving in on giantroo news posting domain. :stern look

Do we even have the list spots to take that many players in the draft? I'd prefer to take GWS future 1st. Might potentially be a top 4 pick.
Yes, that's a good point.

It does give us the option to package up picks and move up the order or trade for a future first round(s) pick next year.
I really like the flexibility it would give us.

Reportedly neither interested in moving and port have no interest in trading them. But AFL media reports are barely worth the media space they are written on

This time next year supporters and clubs will be regretting they didn’t stash future picks
Agree with getting into next years draft but I want at least one of Wardlaw and Cadman. Getting pick 2 ensures that and lets us trade for pick 3 if we get GWS F1. GWS F1 better than PA F1.

Butters coming around to the idea of coming home now?

Heard this morning we are making another play and then Damien Barrett mentioned him in his sliding doors article. Take form that waht you will but Barrett is generally pretty on point with trade news, and he is connected at North.

Broke the Stephenson to North trade weeks before anyone else, as well as always stating that Zurharr would always stay.

Butters would be an amazing result.
Plays like a shinboner already.
