Supposedly the club has very high expectations of him and aren’t always thrilled with his level of commitment. Saints fans have discussed his lack of fitness as an ongoing issue, so there might be something in that.

Bowes wants to play as a mid, so is leaving for greater opportunity. Has had really good numbers when playing as a mid in the vfl but can only get a run as a defender in the seniors.
