Olympics with a smaller team pool is a bit easier to win a medal at. Ultimately it will take a couple of our players getting hot (Patty Mills style) for a week or two.

Also obviously we need a center that can protect the rim. Won't win much if we don't have that given Goorj obviously doesn't trust Duop Reath.

Insanely, only 2 players averaged more blocks per 40 minutes than Duop Reath, (Wayne Gabriel and Walker Kessler). Probably should have played more than 14 minutes a game....

Yep I agree. Reath also hit the three at 75% (6/8) for the tournament. In many ways he was the aussie breakout player at the World Champs who would have broken out even more if he'd been given more minutes. I'm a Wildcats fan so I like Nick Kay but geez Reath protected the rim way better than Kay and it wasn't close yet kay played signficantly more minutes as Kay averaged 23 minutes a game. Xavier Cooks obviously played a big man role and he too wasn't as good at protecting the ring as Reath. Cooks averaged 9 points per game in 17 minutes a game playing time. That looks decent but his consistency wasn't as good as Reath as Cooks had one game of 24 points.
