Hamling definitely seems gone, it's partially the same situation with logue, can't fit them both into our backline


We are so good at drafting kpds that I won't worry too much, annoying time for kpds to be a shortage in the league's means it's hard to hold depth

Will mean we have Collins, Logue, Hamling running around across the league now, all handy depth but good enough to play on their own

And only one of our KPFs around league was selected before pick 35.

Tbh I'm not sure why there is such a shortage of good kpds in the league, they seem much easier to draft than forwards

Trading for broken goods, of any quality, is just a terrible idea we've tried over and over again. It's a short term sugar that makes everyone feel all warm and fuzzy in preseason. At least until the first news stories come out.

i agree. cause after losing 2 wings in 2 years, if we weren't getting Sharp, he probably should have mentioned wings with the dynamic forwards comments. It's heads down, hoping GC have forgotten about him.

I highly doubt we use all 3 of our picks on the forward-half (although that was music to my ears), I'd fully expect at least one of the picks is a half-back or KPD type.

yeah i think you're right, Young seems to be set now spending a fair bit of time in the middle. Walls probably seeing the 6 that played back towards the end of the season plus Chapman and Walker to come back in (hopefully)

Andy, Caleb, Young, Erasmus and Johnson is enough. Especially when Jackson will get minutes.

Only thing you'd want is one of the new forwards with speed or skills to be part of the rotation eventually.

Even if the Ras death riders are right, I don't we think we can justify spending significant capital until thats confirmed.

Fair to say, I and many others don't agree he is a write-off.

I wouldn't mind delisting kuek a year early, harsh on the bloke though but can't see him coming back and proving himself from an ACL fast enough to get another contract

You are right, i don’t think either North or WC agree there.

I cant see North giving up 2 unless it is to get 1 for themselves.
