for him that was probably the smart moveAs I mentioned previously it was whoever put a contract in front of him first

WTF??? I officially now have no idea what the SSP rules are regarding long term injury replacements... must be a pretty serious fracture to keep him out the entire season...Charlie Dean moved to LTI with a fractured foot.
I agree with this in part. We have depth, and should be utilising players already on our list. However, there is no harm in adding someone via SSP, at least for VFL depth. I'm probably more in the camp of a younger player who shows potential and just missed out in the draft. This is great news, really would rather see someone untried given a shot.
Put Doc back on the flank and give Carroll a run in the middle!
Like the idea of Markov as a replacement.. but isn't he up to his plums at Collingwood at the moment?
Been training there for a bit..does he even want to be a Blue?
Unusually, I fully agree with you. Might even be easier to hold till mid year when you can see some players in action. Might be plenty who build a body of work throughout the year who wouldn't be on the radar vurrently. There is no need to cry over missing Markov, another fringe player. Playing Kemp, Cowans is better long term.

What ever happened to Tyreece Lieu?
I think it's more luck and circumstances than 'well played' i think..
Ok, looks like Dean is on the Inactive list for 2023, so rules are as you stated previously. He's not on the LTI.WTF??? I officially now have no idea what the SSP rules are regarding long term injury replacements... must be a pretty serious fracture to keep him out the entire season...
Im predicting 'surprise addition'Will be interesting to see if we add anyone to the list
With Boyd, Williams out and Doc still looking to play in the middle, think we are short a genuine small/mid size defender with toe
Cincotta an option, or a surprise addition yet to be revealed
