We are now 10-15 in our overall record against Sydney. More importantly we are 3-0 against them in Finals, and are now just 5-6 in their SCG.

There is 'something' about the Giants this year.

Yes, they are frustrating as all heck with the turnovers, poor skills and inconsistency, but Kingsley and his coaching team are doing 'something' that has been missing for so long.

Last year's team would have been flogged by 10 goals when they lost the lead - without doubt.

Had the same thoughts. We keep fighting, even if we're not successful all the time.

As annoying as those two stuffs ups were from Snooze, how good does he work with Binga and TFG?
That is going to work even better as the season goes on.

Cadman was scowling on the bench - I assumed that he wasn't happy to be subbed out rather than pissed at an injury. Didn't seem to be any visible signs of injury (no ice, crutches, worried medical staff etc), and the match report says "no injuries" (though that's not always accurate).

It was a great coaching move, we were getting smashed in the clearances and there was no point in having Cadman up there when we couldn't even get it up to the forward line to begin with.

Rowston was able to have an immediate impact around the contest which, among many other things, helped turn the game around.

That was probably Finn Callaghan's best game in GWS colours.

Finn Callaghan looks the goods

Now in his second season, former No.3 draft pick Finn Callaghan had arguably his best game in Giants colours. He's been bubbling away early this season, twice gathering 25 disposals, and was as calm as anyone in the red-hot first half. The 20-year-old constantly made himself available for teammates and was instrumental in building the early GWS lead, with his languid style and penetrating left boot opening up scoring opportunities for his teammates.
