I will say though, in terms of family reasons go, Pickett's got a much more believable case than Bolton.

Bolton already had a child when he signed for six years. Doubt he wouldn't have taken that into consideration before signing. Kozzie's kid was born about a year after he signed, so the changed circumstances are actually a lot more believable.
