Player Watch 2025 AFL Draft Thread (Welcome to our new Central Districts overlords!)

Unless he reeeeaaaallly wants to tell me something...) we're still open to trading those first two picks into next year to a few teams but if not (the word is probably not judging by what other teams are saying) then there's three players we're seriously looking at for our first that could/should be available.
Greeves & Farrow are two. Don't know the third.
Sharp is wanted but seen as being taken before us.

But, as mazhawk mentioned, Farrow all the wayyyy!!!
As I've mentioned before, don't think any club will trade out their FF for 10. Great news . I like this draft.

Like when Fear the Beard used to post our team selection in advance, having exact inside info posted on a public forum is not actually a good sign for the club.

Just a heads up for those watching draft mocks. Don't bother with code sports . Two absolute drongos who have zero ****ing clue about our list.
A ****wit thinks we will draft Oscar Taylor because we have no speed in the backline ??????? Amon, Weddle and Impey don't give us that drive ?? Seriously wtf? First of all, that drongo needs to learn to talk better, and don't ever talk anything about Hawthorn if you have no respect for my club!! Wait for it, it gets better , he thinks we'll get some 55kg half backer while Cumming, Doveston, Greeves, Philippou and Farrow still available after our pick!!!
I know it's nothing to get worked up about as it means jack shit in who we take but , at least do proper work on your predictions and presentation before you talk shit. Sorry, rant over.

Just watched some highlights vision of Greeves. He is very good ball in hand. great pinch hitting up forward, but does look treacle slow. Hard to tell what he will become tbh

Farrow looks like a footy tragic. He just looks, moves and has that awareness of a smart footballer. He owns an AFL footy jumper ……. in every clubs colours and watches half dozen AFL games each week. Also has worked a lot on his running over the last year. With his size, some WAFL experience, running ability and damaging left foot he looks like he could get a game sooner than later. Looks like he could play in multiple positions/roles as well including midfield.

No, I have mentioned Marsh, I just did not think he will be available at our second selection, that is why went for a full forward, rather than third tall, I have been saying Gunston replacement. I think your first selection is spot on, most people will want Fallow, then Cumming.

I think he went in his expected range, but given what we traded to jump into that spot the analysis at the time was that we were reaching.

Wc will want farrow , nothing surer. If he's there at 10 and we have a few guys on the board that the club rates pretty similar, go to them for 13+f2 for 10.
