WHAT?Lucky he didn't listen to him with Dan Houston
No one is interested in our pick 9 !?!? Large cow droppings ahoy.
Frankly it doesnt matter.
Dean in the door Ison to follow and speculative pick thereafter.
Everything else is maths and a measuring stick.
The problem is our pick 9 isn't pick 9 in actuality. It's probably pick 13.

clubs know that but they clearly dont think there are 9 really good prospects in this draft if they are ignoring those 4.But still means it’s the 9th 'available' player minus FS and NGA's.
Voss wanted to use our first rounder last year to trade for Dan Houston which meant we wouldn't have been able to draft Jagga SmithWHAT?
There has been speculation West Coast will bid on Dean – the son of dual premiership Blue Peter Dean – as the club has interest in him. If that doesn’t happen, the Tigers will almost certainly attempt to select Dean, who’s widely regarded as the best key defender in this year’s draft.
Of the quartet, Ison is seen as the most likely night one chance, with again Geelong and Fremantle linked to a potential bid, while it’s unlikely he slides past North Melbourne (Picks 25 and 26).
Seems like the order which Eagles/Tigers bid on those players is key. Wonder what the consideration for clubs are with that decision. Is it as simple as "who do we hate the most"? In which case we are probably in trouble![]()

Oh yeah, we're definitely in the crosshairs.

Really liking the “plays like” comparison.Best ranking yet. Some would argue Shubert higher but spot on.

AFL Draft 2025: ESPN's final, top 50 power rankings
With the AFL Draft just one week away, ESPN releases its November power rankings featuring the top 50 junior prospects from around the country in 2025.www.espn.com.au
Hopefully our speculative bid doesn’t kick arse in 2026. Dillon might just ban us from selecting Cody Walker if so.
From my experience Foxsports have the least industry intel and track record for accuracy compared to AFL.com and the Age etc![]()

I wouldn't because we'd end up stuck with McGuane on our listI'd love for us to go for McGuane's boy and have Hogg present the jumper to him.

That's not a bad spot to be stuck in in the grand scheme of things.im concerned we are going to get stuck with just dean and ison and not add another first rounder next year.
Interesting.Pies interested in our pick 9 for Sharp, apologies if already posted.
The higher of our first rounders (at that point pick 12), the second of North's second rounders (at that point pick 24), our 2027 3rd rounder in return for their remaining top 40 picks (then 7 and 33) and their 2027 4th rounder. Richmond would presumably cop 24 because it'll quickly become 23.What did we give up in your trade to get Richmond's second pick?

If we're buying into the media commentary right now, apparently Richmond is making 4 bids while selecting in the top 10, which is not a way to make friends.![]()
