There is a difference betwen a stacked midfield and a above average midfield. ours isnt 'stacked'.If your midfield isn't stacked then your list is even worst than I thought, why would NWM even consider going there........
If Butters JHF is all you have and Bergman is not even an after-thought, why did some of your fans think Bergman & NWM were a straight swap? There is a difference betwen a stacked midfield and a above average midfield. ours isnt 'stacked'.
u know exactly why he is considering port, its pretty well documented.
You’re saying this with absolutely no idea of whether Barrett (or Whitlock) is any good.
I’d take a good 194 (which really isn’t that undersized anyway) over a shit 202.
As it stands we’ve got no clue which would be the better choice.

Watching their U18s years doesn't tell you if they'll be good AFL players or notIt obvious you have not followed and watched these kids through their junior ranks.
Even if you have what makes your opinion superior to an experienced paid recruiter? It obvious you have not followed and watched these kids through their junior ranks.
If it's family then NWM should accept the best trade from either Port Power or the Crows. If it's only wanting to play with his mates and possibly getting the worst trade then that reflect very poorly on him. There is a difference betwen a stacked midfield and a above average midfield. ours isnt 'stacked'.

coupla players of interest in the sanfl
Whitlock booted 3.2 from 18 touches, while also having 15 hitouts.
First-year forward Joe Berry had 22 disposals and kicked one goal.

3-4 months ago maybe not, but last 2 months its pretty unanimous amoung our board phantomThats not true and you know it

everyone on our board agrees Nasiah is worth substantially more
I can still see the same thing happening this year unfortunately. It wouldn’t surprise me to win 4 more games and finish with rich , west C , roos, Carl , melb and ess below us .True. It's great that so many youngsters are getting plenty of afl game time.
Just to add a couple of points:
I've not heard anything much from the club about our draw. A bit about the 3 games in Adelaide in the first 5 weeks, but I don't recall anything else. I suspect the club, if they even say anything to the league, would/ are doing it behind closed doors. No use being seen to be whinging about everything.
I believe Lyon would be taking the attitude that it's better to measure yourself against the better teams rather than also rans. And, i expect his messaging to the team would reflect that too.
Higgins last minute goal last year did more than push our picks out. It elevated us to the 6 - 12 middle tier of the draw which affected the mix of teams that we would play this year.
I do understand why it's like that, it's just that the way it has worked out over the season has been fairly unkind to us.
once Nas started to break out over the last coupla months yes.Everyone on your board?
I've read your board mate. Many there greatly downplay NWM's value. It's actually farcical some of the trades suggested.
Anyway... it doesn't matter. He's signing with us.
These two no (I did see some of Barratt) but ive watched plenty of talented big men in junior ranks turn to hot shit in the big leagues, ESPECIALLY Sandy boys (Warnock, Watts et all).It obvious you have not followed and watched these kids through their junior ranks.
its definitley got offensive power but its balance could use work, hence why we always get belted in the midfield in finals, rozee (prior to positional move)/butters/ jhf dont run back defensively as they should. Bergmans been good in there running both ways. Most teams would be salivating at a JHF, Butters and Rozee midfield, not to mention throwing Bergman in the mix.
if he picks port:
its exactly same as jhf
Family ties to one of the clubs, and mates are there.
hence saints will only deal with the club nas nominates.
Because playing himdsite with a draft and saying x instead of y especially when the draft is less then two years old is just stupid. Why is that relevant? He wasn't in that draft. We need to over achieve to keep ahead of sides ahead of us on the ladder. Just because we didn't blow a pick we took in the rookie draft doesn't mean we can go back to bed.
We need to be drafting a couple of high end kids every draft and then win a few of these rookie, mid season and late picks on top of that to make up ground. If sides like Geelong and Dogs do it instead we need to make even more ground up.
Hastie looks okay so far but it hurts us when others grab good kids and put themselves ahead of us even further. Hopefully he's just a slow burn. He has some good traits.
I read your forum yesterday and multiple people were suggesting a future 1st + Whitlock for NWM and that if we wanted any more than that we'd have to throw in Keeler3-4 months ago maybe not, but last 2 months its pretty unanimous amoung our board phantom
I’m pretty sure a week ago one of your posters was arguing Bergman for Nas was straight swap material.3-4 months ago maybe not, but last 2 months its pretty unanimous amoung our board phantom
