Please keep Flynn and White on our list.i've said it before but i'd keep both over McGovern
sure you can. If the club feels they've got the position covered and/or would prefer to add another player and there's no financial issues with the cap, then there's nothing stopping them delisting a player. We've done it before. You can’t just pay players out because we don’t like them.
Could def see the VFL as a landing spot for both, if they wanted to try their luck for an MSD opening. Please keep Flynn and White on our list.
Even a vfl contract if last resort.
They both deserve the chance.
Other than one piece of footage, have we seen anything else of Kempy?
They do take a long time to recover form ie around 18 months to regain full confidence

I agree about Binns..l can only think at the time they wanted to lock in cheap depth. Now with all the want away players and this year's trades he is no longer required.I think we did it with LOB who was occupying a rookie spot. Have we done it with someone else?
I want to know why we contracted Binns to a 2 year contract. Was there a queue of clubs waiting to sign him at the time? No fricking way. Really stupid list management signing such fringe players to multi-year contracts. Binns is further away from the first team now than he ever has been.
just form I’ve experienced second hand and what I’ve read.Where did you get that come from? 18 months? That's his entire 2025 gone.
Apparently Cripps giving up the captaincy is a possibility. And next in line is Walsh.Who captains us next year?
Where is that coming from? Its being framed that Carlton will get to choose to keep only one of either McGovern or Elijah..
If there was an area of Austin’s list management i feel could improve, it’s certainly some of the contract/extensions to certain fringe players who have been given illogically multiple years…I think we did it with LOB who was occupying a rookie spot. Have we done it with someone else?

Really interesting interview on SEN with Andrew Russel this morningI think on-field we will feel the loss of Charlie a bit less than what we might expect.
Looking at the final 4 sides this season, none of them have a traditional big time key forward. Geelong probably are the closest, but Cameron does not play as a traditional key forward. He's almost more an old school Centre Half Forward but with the running capacity of a wingman. He's a unicorn, but isn't a typical inside 50 target, he's more like a HFF in a KPF body. Brisbane had a couple of young, relatively unknown keys. They had big moments, but they aren't stars. Collingwood almost infamously had no key target, to the point where they picked a tall person just to sit the ball on his head for others to crumb off and Hawthorn, almost similarly to Brisbane, have a few young keys but no real star and rely on them to be competitive targets that the crumbers feed off.
We don't really need 2 A grade keys, the games best sides have shown that's not exactly how you get it done anymore. Harry as the target, HOK as a target to feed off and backup ruck really is all we need in the KPF category.
Seems to have become this accepted thing where Kemp is out for most of 2026. Just wonder if it came from some actual Intel or we've become conditioned to all our injuries taking twice as long to recover from as normal.just form I’ve experienced second hand and what I’ve read.
Biggest issue is gaining confidence in its use as if you re-injure you are back to square one.
However everyone is different so he could be back round 1
I know nothing of Kemp's specifici circumstnaces - just goiing off second experienceSeems to have become this accepted thing where Kemp is out for most of 2026. Achilles injuries are pretty random.
Because of list spots, we have lost 7 but brought in 5, which means only 2 list spots available, but need to draft 3. Gov is in contracted and Elijah may be paid out but either way one will need to go.Where is that coming from?

Basically said Charlie's biggest issue is mental pressure of constant focus and attention, as well as the grind of training etc
Unless we delist rookies insteadBecause of list spots, we have lost 7 but brought in 5, which means only 2 list spots available, but need to draft 3. Gov is in contracted and Elijah may be paid out but either way one will need to go.
More like there was a complete lack of high performance culture at the club, which limited him introducing the standards that he wanted.I cannot stand that guy. The club kept him on despite the poor results in fitness / conditioning. He finally got the flick and everything was someone else's fault. Took zero responsibility for any of it.
