it'll really depends how many list spots they think they'll have available.
We know things can change easily in the off season with unexpected players requesting trades, though hard to see yet.
for all we know, one of Jamie or checkers might leave

Seems to me most of the Sully naysayers came around to appreciating him by the time he was injured.
14 games played this year for 2 losses.
He might not be a worldbeater but he slots into the team, the boys love him and he gives 100% every time he's on the ground. He tackles, harasses, assists goals and sneaks the odd one.

True - but Finn is 4 years younger and has the advantaged I mentioned. With the same consecutive games as Sully he would also improve and change how he’s currently perceived.
I’d keep Sully ahead of HDM

No hate, I dont mind him, he tries hard but Id much rather we put more games into Allan and give HDM a shot, see if he is going to be ok or not. Im with manicpie I think HDM can be a player.

Serious VFL watchers seem to appreciate HDM more than many. I’m not convinced yet, but can see potential. We need games into our fringe players, a huge gap in games played is not good.

Sully wasn’t that great
He battled on but losing first 3 small forwards for large chunks of the year plus not having JDG really was the only reason he got a game

He’s not there to be best 23. He was and is handy cheap depth

Sully is a hard worker. He has not played many games, there were a number of times he was not dropped when I expected him to be. He seems limited but will then do team stuff that shines. He appears to be a player rated by Fly.

Not lumbering. I think he's physically impressive, but i think he's got the opposite of a footy brain.
