Id be absolutely shattered if Bobby leaves. I cant even think about trades involving him yet

And $2m bickies. He’s going to be a player, but it’s starting to bug me reading Reid’s name because we aren’t blowing up our pay structure for a guy that’s at least 2 seasons from being the player you’re paying him to be. That’s if he ever gets there…

Reid is nowhere near Nick in ability or dedication. It’s just the media and jealous oppo flogs like blowing smoke up his arse to make themselves feel better

Me too. Seems unlikely to me that we'll shift to taking more than 3 kids and also unlikely that there won't be a smokey somewhere in the country that we rate higher than Saxena.

Agree I would be too, just thinking if it becomes a reality which I dont think it would as I get the feeling Bobby loves it at Collingwood, but if we could do it, then lets do it, I also think it may need a pick involved, maybe a second round etc.

He looked all right, but it doesn't seem likely that we'll up our intake of kids in a year with a tight list and a draft that's being talked down, just because we have matching access.

This won't go down well but he looks a bit slow and no other stand out attributes other than finding the ball reasonably well. It could have been first game jitters though

I think the hope is that he could be a Long-like slow burner who can make strength a point of difference. But at this stage he'd be a rookie at best, right?

I'm thinking rookie if we have the space. It's always hard after only one game. We should get a better idea today. There's is something to work with.

He's definitely no runt, and we should be noting that his development was derailed by a major injury.

I’ve been smashed for my thoughts on Reid and I’ll repeat them on here.
He ain’t that good, there i said it, yes he can play but people making out he’s the next Judd are kidding themselves.
If we are throwing kitchen sinks again I’m going all in for Butters.
I think last night highlights the need for more leg speed from stoppage and another game breaker.
Butters is twice the player Reid will ever be.
