The min TPP should be like 80% and you should be able to carry over any free cap to future seasons.

Throw in pick purchasing for clubs with heaps of cap space too.

Bottom teams would be able to have proper war chests and be able to get more higher ends picks through the door with pick purchasing.

Three early twenties picks puts us in a pretty good position for the Suns pick 6.
