Is he going to come in for Larkey? Or is he injured?
If he does it will be a question worth asking. He might have always been on track for this week however at face value it would be much more ideal if he came in to stand next to Larkey. Interesting times.

Charlie Comben is also expected to put his hand up for selection this weekend after recovering from the knee issue that sidelined him from North's VFL clash at Ikon Park.

Comben has been in fine form for the reserve side so far this season with his best performance coming in the Round 4 victory over Footscray.

"Charlie's knee blew up a bit late last week. It became clear that it wasn’t an infection, but the swelling was significant, so our medical team drained some fluid out of it. He seems to have bounced back well, so we expect he will be available to play this weekend," McPherson said.

I becoming less and less convinced he’s gonna get there

OMFG.

It's Kyron Hayden all over again. In 2020 he had a solid month of "back next week once the swelling goes down guys" and then never played again for the rest of the season.

We seem surprisingly positive that he can potentially play this week

I like it
