I've been to a few over the last couple of years and there's only one that sticks in my mind in terms of the exertion levels I saw them reach, and it involved a built-in yo-yo test. Every other session (probably six or seven others, both pre-season and during) looked very light indeed for professional athletes. It felt like they were dancing around and avoiding the things that they know deep down need to be doneDam i hope you are not right with this surely, we can't be training that bad can we. Come on track watchers help me out with some fair dinkum opinions.
