Yeah, that's always an issue with D candidates and why Biden was selected for 2020. Remember the Fox/conservative/griftosphere had a hard time attacking a older white straight man.
Those two have a national profile, and personalities matched with intellect and cheek that might be able dull a lot of the BS you know would be coming their way. Obama did it well.
But yeah having them as the ticket doesn't pander to the balancing VP picks they often do to attract certain demographics. I think while absolutely slapping the multiple -ists bigots in the face, they could really energize the Dems and Bernie's fans.

The only poll that matters are the real voting.

I understand that most polls have Trump winning Indiana by so much he would need most independent as well as republican voters to reach the figures claimed. But in a closed primary around 20% of republicans voted for Haley who was not longer on the ballot.

It only takes a small percentage of women upset about Roe v Wade being overturned to vote for the first time, to gut Trump.

My fear is not that Trump will win, but that republication cheating and lies about cheating will be so great the result will be overturned in Trumps favour by the courts.
