Well, in that particular case, it was Trump's own tweet. Admittedly it did contain the phrase "fake news" but poor Deranged Donnie was contradicting himself, so who knows what it actually was.
The number of times you post about these two gentlemen indicates they are your fantasies Gough, your obsession ... how discomforting it must be?
Of course it did - Trump spot on. The NYT was publishing 20 year warmed over soup as "NEWS" ... to keep those Talking Points alive.
Now that the Russian probe has blown up in the faces, going to be a lot more of these fake news exposes from NYT and WAPO. Desperate to keep the story alive.

The fun conspiracy is if all the Trump investigation stuff goes away as soon as Assange is punished for what he did to the Democrats, I'm assuming that he was involved in leaking the DNC stuff.
The republican president cleans that up, they back off mysteriously.

There is an episode of Russia, if you're listening where they interview a guy at the meeting and he said basically it was a bizarre waste of time and nobody could figure out what the Russians actually wanted.
There was no good reason to hide the fact that the meeting took place, so it just looked more suspicious when it was uncovered.
I reckon a lot of it is just Trump campaign own-goals.
