But are people really wetting themselves over a video where he congratulates blokes on their kicking and marking, calls for the ball, and hands out a tiny bit of advice to an 18 year old playing on his line?

He's an experienced premiership player who's been in leadership groups. I'd be bloody well shocked if he'd been a wallflower.

A 90 second video when he knows he’s miked up for offical website media? That’s as good as thinking you know if a draftee is good or not from a 90 second highlight vid.

Probably because we haven't had much of this behaviour in the playing group as well.

He looks as though he could provide the leadership, direction, and organisation that we’ve lacked. I’m pretty excited about what he might mean to the group.

Get “the basics” right, the rest should follow.

My point was that footage doesn't make it a good or bad trade.

Separately of course trades need exonerating. If you're not improving your list through trading, why on earth are you trading?
