Would’ve hated seeing our defence without him there yesterday

The reports were that we didn't stand our ground on anything. The second was put up straight away and the Dogs were allegedly the ones holding their ground.Whilst it did seem overs at the time, would you rather us have stood our ground on our offer & not have him in our team this year?
I wasn't overly thrilled, but on reflection it probably isnt what we paid for him in isolation. Its the numerous other wasted picks in the range in recent years Fisher, Cat Stephens and Steak Knives Tucker. Yet still McDonald is running around!! We've thrown a hell of a lot of resources at getting a mature body to provide some attacking run.We may have overpaid for him but we need players that will have an impact straight away and he is one that will so I understand why we got him.
Dogs would take him back now with their injuries. The reports were that we didn't stand our ground on anything. The second was put up straight away and the Dogs were allegedly the ones holding their ground.

So the dogs were holding firm for our first round (pick 2)?The reports were that we didn't stand our ground on anything. The second was put up straight away and the Dogs were allegedly the ones holding their ground.
Very true Roostar. Hard to disagree with thatI wasn't overly thrilled, but on reflection it probably isnt what we paid for him in isolation. Tucker was traded for picks that we were given for free and had to trade. Didn't really cost us anything.I wasn't overly thrilled, but on reflection it probably isnt what we paid for him in isolation. It’s what should be expected at AFL level.I think we paid way too much. but he played well.
His composure with ball kind of stands out in our backline....
Come see me after season when we have no first round pick.He can football and makes the side better, really don't care what we paid.
A speculative draft pick in the 20s
We only have about 15 or maybe even more of them on the list.Come see me after season when we have no first round pick.
He was steak knives as i said, hard to say the exact cost because of that but there would've been some value attributed to him.Tucker was traded for picks that we were given for free and had to trade. Didn't really cost us anything.
LOL.. i noticed that too BUT it doesn’t matter because he’s that close to the ground he hardly has to bend down to pick it up, he picks it up off his boot laces clean. He’s even making others look better.I swear most of the handballs to him were to his feet![]()
