No, it was easy to say it hasn’t worked when Bevo refused to play him as a defender because he cannot defend. Let alone the many questions about how much damage his possessions actually have. Oh yeah, and then there’s the fact we paid Pick 25 in a really strong draft for him.

His former club dumped him as a defender a couple of years ago. The dogs should be paying the last two years of his contract for him to play for us. Instead we extended him and gave up a valuable pick. Breathtaking incompetence from Clarko and Rawlings.

Surely every opposition coach licks their lips when playing the Kangas.
1. Attack Caleb Daniel as the weakest link in the chain at all times.
2. Let him get his 28 touches as none of these will really hurt us, in fact with 3.2 clangers and 4.7 turnovers a match we want him to have it 40 times.
3. Hey tall forwards if you can’t stick the mark. just bring it to the ground for the small to do their things. As this guy is too slow and too small to match up on anyone.

Another Clarko and Rawlings master class in stupidity. The year after we netted the Cat Twins - Fisher and Stephens. You can’t make this stuff up it is so F*cking bad.

He’s become one of our greatest liabilities by round 6 and offers nothing except for meaningless possessions and copious amounts of turnovers. Needs to go.

1. Rawlings, Clarko and Viney in their good wisdom go after him. Any red flags that he was not getting regular game time at the Dogs?
2. Slow and cannot jump. Not great attributes when you are his height.
3. Elite by foot and hand? No evidence this year to indicate this is true in any shape or form.
4. Leadership of those around him. Why would I want to follow a high priced recruit who is stinking it up 5 weeks into a 4 (four) year contract.

Clarko - grow some balls and drop him this week. You should have done it with McKercher this week and you didn’t. Archer and Hardemann in this week please.

Take a look at all the good attacking half backs in the game. They either can kick 50m lasers, or run all day and break the lines, or they do both.

Daniel’s game was barely adequate a decade ago. For me it was so obvious this was a bad trade from the start. Bewildered so many thought it was a good one.

Like I’ve said before, Daniel is the poster boy for what is wrong with this club.
