You are kidding right? The guy won several best and fairests at Geelong during their famous patch of 4 GF losses. He was an absolute gun the year he won it. Once again, I don't think you paid attention.
I agree Ablett was the superstar, but Couch was certainly a deserving
recipetant. That he won 2/3 club best and fairest shows he was doing his role perfectly and very well.
