I think Thomas has had a lot of foot issues in the past that have stopped him from running enough to play as a pure mid. Otherwise I reckon he'd have spent more time on ball.

Managed to me sounds like he his running his ass off on his own, possibly working on some different running patterns and technique to assist with injury prevention and we have our testicles crossed that it all works out.

It's only a matter of fitness with him and is worth persistenting with, could still play 150 games with a bit of luck.

Also not the worse thing to keep him out of competitive drills against a bunch of kids, that is totally unnecessary, we know he is an absolute animal.

Nah that wont be happening. Club will nurse him through it and he is worth persisting with.

If it were him actually getting delisted, he'd then get picjked up from to Hawthorn for nicks and then playing in 2 premierships and a norm smith. (I am exaggerating ;P)
