Who would you rather in your team for just THIS ONE YEAR. Which player would your team benefit from this year, not the younger player because he can go for longer but the player you think would help the team in aspects this year..
Both players arguably the best in the comp. and very hard to separate.

This Year? Ablett is the best in the comp. Judd's lucky to be in the top ten mids in the comp(on form).If you're assuming both players are at their best i'd still take Ablett and i'm basing that on him finishing better especially around goal.

I would have to go with Ablett. Judd is explosive but his disposal can let him down where as Ablett is a machine.

The gap between Ablett's disposal and Judd is huge despite Ablett getting no assistance and Judd playing in a top team. Not to mention Ablett gets more of the ball, wins similiar amounts of ball inside but a lot more outside, oh and he defends better than Judd too. Ablett is also untaggable. People are now saying that the taggers has done a good job when they keep him under 40 possessions. That is just insane.

Judd's fallen back to the pack big time this year, he's probably not in the top 10 right now. If this poll had at least compared him with say a Murphy/Pendlebury/Selwood type maybe he would have had a chance at least.
