We need a black Crow. How hard is it to get this right? Amateurs.

Whilst crows are black... when you see them in real life they do have a black with blue tinge about them.. almost like the darkest blue you can get before you go ok that’s black!..

I don’t think your red is right and that’s putting me off

Can you try it with a red that matches ours. Yours is a bit too maroon.

Ok... the image on the left is as close as I could get to the red used in the AFC logos, the image on the right is the red from my avatar. Thoughts/preferences?

Thanks OoTC. We had some tense moments, but we got there . I agree - I'd wear it (and I haven't bought merch since the raptor head, either).

Thanks! I agree; I don't necessarily think they're vital on a logo, but if they can work congruently with other key design elements, they should be there.

I didn't like the RHS one as it looks a bit like Gold Coast's colours to me.

I created a shrinked version of the LHS one and think your main version could maybe be tweaked so it scales (to small) better if the bottom red hoop is removed, the remaining red, gold and red hoops are made a bit bigger and pushed downwards, and the crow surrounded by a thicker white boundary. I can have a go at knocking this up if you're tired of making changes

Small scale remove the football club est 1990 for sure

I’d be curious to see the overall logo with white frame not yellow (still blue around that but the inner border line). Possibly the yellow looks a bit cluttered where it passes the yellow writing.

Again that may end up being a terrible suggestion and obviously see why you’ve gone yellow as it’d our colour. Could even try red if not want a new colour, but as border I think a thin white line is acceptable (if white I’d go a little thinner than the current line perhaps although hard to say without seeing)
