I thought most people who intend to leave line something up beforehand, or is that too old school?

Well, when you've been on the salary he's been on, you can probably afford to quit a job without necessarily having a replacement job lined up in advance.

That said, this is pretty sudden...I reckon more will be revealed in the coming days.

Personally, I think he is a loss to football.

Under the Demetriou regime, Adrian served incredibly well in what has been football's most significant growth and improvement period in the history of the game.

Haters are always going to hate but good luck to him with what he chooses to pursue beyond this because he served the game well.

I'll admit to having bagged Anderson at times but his job wasn't to be loved therefore I agree with your post.

To me the first thing you do is get rid of his "rules committee." As well as the fact that there have been absolute losers like Luke Darcy on it, the very fact that you have such a committee guarantees that you will have continued tinkering as they need to justify their existence. I would much prefer to have the coaches or other involved people meet at the end of the season to air concerns and if you need a committee to look at any of those concerns, form one for that purpose only and let them examine the situation and make recommendations.

I was glad to see the back of Anderson. I think the game has got confusing for all under his so called guidance.

Can't agree more. AA loving the hate here and rightly deserved. Out of his depth from day one. Now ranked along with Collins as first class clowns and better off with them as far from football as possible.......Then again if Vlad stays put then as head honcho "keep you enemies closer" .....maybe he can come to NMFC. I won't like it but it might be an advantage.
