With the competitive AE structure the way it is... not broken.. is working well.. don't need to go that way. Leave it to the simpleton '1 point for 1 correct tip' comps out there. Besides, allowing for a 'shot at something' just makes you earn EVERY POINT with the fluctuation of NFL teams.

I'm now barracking hard for the Giants knowing everybody is invested in the Bears.

I like the complexity of the depth chart but I'm not too attached to it. At least I filled it out. Seems like many didn't looking at the averages.

Thought I counted 84... apparently not. At least you picked up a point there . Fed the detail to JD who will adjust the CR to 1 from the 15.

The dyslectic in me was hoping for a G-Men TD as I thought I had the Overs at 48.5... thinking score a TD now so Cutler can get the ball downfield quick and Gould can slot home the winner.. then the overthrow /INT gave me that 'slumping feeling...' until I re-checked that OVERS number which to my SURPRISE was 47.5pts. Phew!! Parlay back on track.

That second listed title is a monthly award... barely a 'title' per se. (I voted against it but GG persisted it merits a 'badge' ) That's why the HRS title billboard poster (on the AE13Clubhouse) says 'Winner' and not 'champion' as it's only a limited opportunity comp. Still gets an 'AE credit' but it's a minor scale title. Could well be outvoted next season. We'll see.

Thread has been a bit quiet.

For many this is a make or break week.

I think we should all help the Steelers home by giving the Jets a high CR.

Ravens vs Packers game is hard to pick. I know the Ravens can win it's just risky.

Pats vs Saints is a big game. I think the Saints can get the job done.

I think Bills vs Bengals is a little risky. Bills have been good at home.

I think the Colts should beat the Chargers. They've been really good beating the 49ers and Seahawks. Looks like strong form to me.

No Clay Matthews bothers me considerably. One of my flip flop specials of the week.

I agree wholeheartedly on the Bills/ Bengals call. Bengals have been renown to bungle such games on the road in the past but they've been solid in the last couple of seasons (Play-off Campaign seasons) but the facts still remain.. they have only beaten the Bills ONCE in the last eleven attempts which is disturbing considering the Bills haven't been to the post season since '99. With a practice squad QB starting, I'm expecting plenty check down passes and more pounding of the rock from the Bills. The game will be decided upon what the Cinci O do.. if they turn the rock over (Cinci Eq 2nd worse along with a boatload of teams) they can easily capitulate and since I'm anticipating a low scoring game, this game SCREAMS 'TRAP' for the Bengals. For the record: Cinci 0-2 on the road, Bills 2-1 @ home this season.

I'm sensing a couple monumental upsets this week. There are FIVE 50/50 games iMHO.
