Well that was a fun way to spend an evening. I genuinely mean that. The Hawthorn crowd was in painful yet humourous self reflection mode about 10 minutes into the first quarter. Much laughing in pain as the game went the way many of us thought it would but hoped it wouldn't. Hardly a stressful night out.
St Kilda moved the ball really well, had genuine marking targets, were much harder at the ball and held their tackles. They were toying with us by the third quarter, when they started trying to outdo each other with goal of the year contenders.

Playing him off half back seemed to work for himHill has been wonderful today. But impossible to tell if he's improving or just because Hawthorn are trash.
Actually giving him the ball- who'd have thought that was the strategy. Oh right, everyone said that.

I don’t think hawthorn will be down for to long even yesterday I thought a couple of there young forwards showed some really good signs need to nail the next couple drafts and they will be ok still got the best coach
