Mate, Rioli is likely to be fined by the MRP for that. It's very clearly conduct the AFL doesn't want, it was an unnecessary intentional elbow to the abdomen and yes that sort of undisciplined play is 100% something you should get a goal taken away from. Nothing footy about it, it shouldn't be a free for all when there's a shot on goal.
