Bevo was hoping his project to convert Josh Bruce into a defender to stop the gorillas like Hawkins, Lynch, Larkey, Wright, Tex, Joe D and Charlie Dixon would help fill a gaping hole in the Dogs defense, but the game appears to have gone past Bruce.

Have a feeling Harry Sheezel and George Wardlaw will give the overrated Dogs midfield the run around, but the Dogs will have just enough talent across the board to take the 4 points.

That’s what my mate and I are thinking…but you’d think the crowd would be over 20k at least?? Never seen this done before unless the crowd is 10-15k.

North could win we have been more competitive last month.
If we play like we did against Sydney and cut out the brain fades.
Maybe we are a slight chance.

Would be great for the players to go into the bye with a win.

That centreline for both clubs is impressive.
