We won the game, in spite of being beaten in the midfield. We've won 4 or 5 games where our midfield has been soundly beaten, most recently by Brisbane and Hawks. And yet still, we are minor premiers, in spite of this. There is a reason we have won so many games. It is called league equal best defence, and league best forward line, along with one of the top 5 midfielders in the league in Jordan Dawson. Make no mistake, Thilthorpe is a beast and was born to play finals. He will be massive tonight.

JDG and Cox so good. Cox was always going to play finals. Pies got too cocky by thinking we had top 4 locked but we were clearly not giving anything away with our last 6 weeks.
