Brisbane threw it away though. They crumbled both defensively and conversion-wise in the last quarter. It wasn't an honourable loss against world beaters.

That would be the dream final this season. Always thought Geelong would be sort of modern day rivals of Collingwood, or at least they are competing this season.

Only watched bits of the first half and the entire second half. I felt we were dominated. Lost the ground balls. always seemed outnumbered and conceded repetitive entries. Think we won and many other games because of our forward line efficiency. Could genuinely be the best in the league. A real point of difference that Nicks inhibits.

Fagan will focus on that first 15 mins of the last where a lapse in intensity cost them 5 goals. That was why they started to panic.
