Adelaide have been tremendous this year but I can’t see them beating Collingwood at the MCG on GF or prelim day and therefore aren’t contenders for mine.

They have a solid and balanced team, no glaring weaknesses on any line, and the most potent forward set up in the comp.

Naturally, were only half way through the season, but in terms of the top 4 as it stands, neither Geelong or Suns are likely to overcome their % defeceit this week to break into 3rd.
Pies will finish top with their run home so the best Brisbane can hope for is 2nd and they'd rather face an Adelaide at the Gabba than Cats or Suns so why not use your hand to make it a bit harder for that to change.

Don’t knock it bro, we deployed it against Port too, it’s foolproof. We force oppo to get overexcited at the sheer amount of opportunity and they become careless, knowing another shot is only a few moments away. It’s brilliant, it’s next level strategy, doubt the rest of the league will ever catch up TBH.

To then repel every attack last night to keep Brisbane goalless in the last will have given our defence the belief that they can win us games in finals. Incredible defending in the last quarter. Our midfield however is still not quite up to the level of Brisbane and a few other teams.

Why don’t you, you abrasive fool. Our defence was immense, it wasn’t their fault alone. Get a clue FFS. The defence held them goalless in the last. Midfield were responsible for not being able to clear the ball out of D50. It’s not that hard to understand for most.

I rate the crows but I think you’re a good coach and a proper key defender away from consistent top 4. You may still make it all the way as is but more reliant on a bit of luck as is.
