Boakie got a last laugh for Power beating the GC & letting the Pies finish top 4. Adelaide you guys suck i believed in you lol (Just like the Port the last few years!).

Well done Collingwood. Thats an old boy victory for sure. Brissy Lions are the last great hope now!

What a game, had absolutely everything you want in finals footy. Arm wrestle early on, and played with a lot of spice and passion.
The booing of Quanyor was disgusting, but unfortunately at the footy you get the mob mentality and I feel sorry for any decent Crow supporters that get tarred by the same brush.
It can happen with all supporter bases.

I honestly had a great feeling going into last nights game, we travel well and love it when our backs are up against the wall and have a great record against the Crows.

On Adelaide, easy to laugh at them for being chokers and they should rightfully be disappointed finishing on top and losing the first home final. But fact is, this is the first time they have played finals since 2017? This is new for the group and they will be better for it, it isn't easy for a group to play in finals for the first time. I suspect Gold Coast may be the same. They are on the right track with some good players. I really like Thilthorpe.

What a game 💪

Not Dusty, but in the elite group one tier down.

The AFL gives you a great ride fixturing most of your games at the MCG and not having to travel as much as most other teams.

The AFL pays the bills by giving us blockbusters. Were in the top 4 hardest fixtures almost every year to pay everyone's bills.

I mean I'd take the softer draw and travel more, we travel very well, but a couple of weak clubs would die.

Were not the problem. Mostly we are the solution.

Chechen soldiers? You mean like Kadyrov? The puppet whose 'men' go into places after the battles have ended and shoot reels for Tik Tok, pretending to be tough but never facing danger?

More the radical Chechen fighters that have been in Iraq and Afghanistan fighting for 20 years, most special forces will tell you they are the worst to fight against.

Huh? They finished top. They're not flying anywhere.

Probably a reality check - maybe even a rite of passage.

The Great Geelong team of 07-11 made its finals debut against Port at AAMI and looked completely overwhelmed.

Finals are just different. You can't play them like a normal game.

A couple of players who had moments they'd rather forget (Thilthorpe, Dawson, Keays) are too good to put in another bunny-in-headlights performance.

They'd want to.

Room for improvement. Defence had one ten minute lapse. Forwards had 2 great 4 less so. Mjds have to improve.

The tactics seemed sound, first they quarters you scored despite losing the midfield.

First finals jitters had some key Crows down, really thats what cost you.

We had several blokes play their best game for the season. Hard to beat experience, but you have the double chance, so you're you've earned the opportunity to get experience.
Fair points. I mean go look at the crows. No finals experience from 2018 to 2024.

Then you look at the other 3 sides that made top 4 this season. Cats, Magpies and Brisbane.

That is the last 3 flag winners. Not to mention all 3 of cats, magpies and Brisbane have played a fair amount of finals since the crows made a grand final in 2017.
