Not bad ideas mate, a few awesome concepts.

Would heavily recommend you have a look here to help with software, as MS Paint and similar programs can be a bit cumbersome when trying to paint particular elements.

Maybe try Photopea | Online Photo Editor as it's basically an online version of photoshop

dont mind that idea I have made up a handful for superhero concepts, I would love it to be a retro reverse type thing with a bit of experimenting like modern colours or monograms added
