no one could apart from punters. our game is about endurance more than anything. our fast players aren't strong enough to be running backs, our big players with good hands aren't quick enough to be receivers. no one is close to the size necessary to be pass rusher and our full backs are too slow to be dbs. i mean go look at julian edelman: he's the little nimble receiver you throw it to that evades everyone else and he's heavier than patrick cripps even though cripps has 15cm on him...

Nick Haynes as a cornerback.

Punters would be the best opportunity. For what its worth I read in the off season that ex Fremantle rookie Max Duffy went along to a punt kicker scout camp in Melbourne earlier this year

Anyone who is a decent and accurate kick can make it.

There is some website called auspunt pro or similar run by a ex AFL player and there is an amazing amount of Aussies on scholarships etc in America playing college football, would literally be dozens, to a tee they all played Aussie rules here before going to America.

We invented the drop punt and many other kicks - Aussies know how to kick a ball and that's why they are on demand in America

Buddy's one of the few guys i can think of with that combination of size/speed/athletisism needed. Think he'd be a TE, but his hands are atrocious for NFL standards so don't think he'd make it.
